EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES (IMAGE USE)

All images on this website are the property of OK George! Studio, unless otherwise properly credited or under exceptional circumstances such as:

• The client authorized by writing the usage of an image [which they own the rights to but not produced by OK George! Studio], because that image belongs to the landscape of a “larger image” taken and produced by OK George! Studio.
• The image [not produced by OK George! Studio] appears as a thumbnail of an embedded video on the OK George! Studio website. This happens when OK George! Studio films a video for a client, but wasn’t mandated with the photography of the content. Client then adds the image [not produced by OK George! Studio] as the thumbnail (on Vimeo, Youtube, etc.) of the video which was produced by OK George! Studio.
• The image [not produced by OK George! Studio] belongs to the landscape of a “larger image” taken and produced by OK George! Studio. This means that OK George! Studio was part of the mandated direction and production of said image (including products, actors, etc.). In this case, the photographer is credited.
